The Austraian Hojiblanca is consistently one of our most popular and approchable Extra Virgin Olive Olis. It is pleasantly creamy and exhibits wonderful tasting notes of stone fruit and tropical fruit. It displays no bitterness and low pungency, with a delicate pepper finish.
